To strengthen our global API business, we are looking for a Senior Manager (m/w/d) Strategic API Sourcing, which expands our international partner networks, identifies new synergies within the Midas Pharma Group and supports our global sales teams with sound know-how.

Your duties

Construction, qualification and development of international API manufacturing partners Internal marketing of partner skills including creation of relevant sales documents Negotiation and conclusion of cooperation and distribution agreements Identification of global synergies and derivation of joint projects within the Midas Pharma Group Evaluation of product pipelines and identification of new API potentials for the Midas portfolio Managing Partner Management including Business Reviews, KPIs and Governance Planning and implementation of partner and customer visits and participation in workshops and roadshows Close cooperation with Sourcing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Legal Affairs and the International Division

At least 4 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical industry University degree in Economics or Natural Sciences (e.g. Life Sciences, (Bio-)Chemie, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering) Very good market knowledge and a strong network in the global API environment Experience in dealing with regulatory, technical and quality requirements (e.g. DMF, CEP, GMP) Know-how in contract design and negotiation Excellent communication skills, safe occurrence, intercultural competence and pleasure in networking German and English skills Entrepreneurial thinking, a pronounced service orientation and a proactive working method readiness for international travel (e.g. China, India, Europe)
