Develop Enterprise AI strategies: You design holistic AI target images, operating models and transformation paths for complex organizations. Control value-oriented prioritization: You evaluate AI-Use-Cases based on business impact, feasibility, risk and strategic fit. Establish governance structures: You develop policies, role models and control mechanisms for Responsible AI in the corporate context. implement regulatory requirements: You accompany the implementation of EU-AI-Act, Data Protection and Compliance requirements in operational processes. enable decision-making: You prepare sound decision bases for management and C-level and moderate strategic positions.

Education & experience: You have a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economic Engineering or a comparable field of expertise and have at least 5 years of consulting experience in AI, data or digital transformation in the enterprise environment. Expertise & practical know-how: You understand AI risks, governance frameworks, operating models and regulatory requirements. Technological understanding: You know Enterprise AI architectures, platform models and their organizational embedding sufficient to evaluate sound architectural decisions. Systematic mode of operation: You work analytically and structured - with a clear view of economic effectiveness and practical feasibility. Language skills: You communicate confidently, convincingly and confidently in German and English.
