Responsible professional, personal and organizational management of the department Leading vote with other departments Responsibility and management of the department's financial budget Establish guidelines and targets, in particular in the field of land-use planning, operation and management of buildings and land decision and control of property and contract matters; Building land management/acquisition, Negotiations with owners and participation in WEG collections Development of political templates for the relevant specialist committees and occasional participation in meetings
