Head of Analytical Laboratory - GMP / Quality Control / HPLC (m/f/d)

You take over the strategic and operational management of the analytical laboratory, run four teams and promote the targeted further development of your employees. You are responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of all analytical processes (e.g. HPLC, GC) in compliance with the GMP guidelines and ensure the timely completion. You drive the development, validation and optimization of analytical methods and actively shape the strategic development of the laboratory site. You control the efficient use of personnel as well as resources and conduct targeted measures for performance optimization from reports. You act as a central interface, work closely with the management and business development and advise customers on analytical issues.

You have a degree in science, for example in chemistry, biochemistry or pharmacy. You bring several years of professional experience in an analytical laboratory with leadership responsibility as well as sound knowledge in GMP and modern analysis techniques. As an entrepreneurial leader, you go ahead as a model, motivate your team and take responsibility for its further development. Your work is structured and solution-oriented and you convince with communication strength and enforcement capability. You speak German very well and have good English skills.
