For our client-a medium-sized technology company in the Augsburg region, we are looking for a new team member as a key-account agent (m/w/d) by strong & fast growth: holistic support, strategic expansion and systematic development of defined B2B key accounts (including buying center) in the DACH room Active new customer acquisition in target markets and identification of new applications and market potential From tender creation to price and contract negotiations to order processing (ERP proALPHA), appointment and complaint processing Close cooperation with marketing, material management and production as well as continuous market and competition monitoring Your profile: Commercial and technical training with sound business knowledge Multiannual sales experience, ideally with B2B products in need of explanation Communication and negotiation strong, negotiating-proof English, routined in MS Office and ideally knowledge in ERP environment and contract law Structured, target-oriented and dynamic personality with high readiness to travel (at least 50 days/year) Our offer: A firm workplace in a crisis-proof, innovative company with flat hierarchies Design free space, entrepreneurial action and back cover Modern, ergonomic and air-conditioned workplace in the new building Individual development plans and regular employee talks 40h / week; 30 days of year Corporate car for private use, as well as bike leasing The gross annual salary is 65,000€ including 30% variable remuneration, plus the respective travel expenses
