Supervisor Goods Handling (m/w/d)

As a supervisior, you are responsible for planning and controlling taking into account an effective run of the daily business with your area. This includes, among other things, the professional and disciplinary leadership of professional and commercial employees and their further development. In your area of responsibility there is also a need-oriented personnel and resource planning based on clear key figures and targeted at individual requirements. In close cooperation with a cross-functional team, you monitor and control the continuous optimization and further development of the logistics processes and implement the measures in daily business together with your team.

Completed training and/or (university) studies, with the focus on logistics, or comparable qualification First or multi-year professional and leadership experience in logistics. With your cooperative and value-adding leadership style, you are constantly developing your area with a healthy hand-on mentality. Embossed analytical thinking, good organizational ability paired with entrepreneurial action and a high level of quality characterise you. First practical experience in implementing Lean principles. Very good communication strength and social competence at all levels combined with enforcement capability. You control the safe handling of the current MS Office applications.
