You process hospital bills on the customer's computer system, check them according to the DRG system on computerised and medical-income dissonances and end-process them to the service providers or insurance providers taking into account the respective customer's technical requirements You check the coding capability of diagnostics and procedures using medical documents You assess the need for stationary treatment for primary and secondary misuse taking into account the legal and contractual provisions You evaluate and assess cost acceptance requests, cost estimates, invoices, medical tests and expert opinions on various medical and medical aids and on outpatient and inpatient services You correspond and exchange with hospitals, insurance companies, customers' insurers and lawyers

You have medical expertise from training as health care and nursing caregivers, medical/specialist staff or a comparable qualification and ideally provide well-founded knowledge as a codier professional You can find yourself in the common computer systems and have the willingness to incorporate you into new software systems You like to work in the team and have very good communication in word and writing You like to take responsibility, are compelling, flexible and has readiness to learn and work
