Total responsibility for the IT strategy, further development of the IT function and securing the value contribution in accordance with the corporate objectives Head of staff, including motivation, development and strategic personnel planning Building and continuous optimization of effective IT governance with focus on service orientation, cost control and compliance with regulatory requirements Drive forward the digital transformation, automation of business processes and integration of new technologies, including AI applications Control of complex IT major projects and close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to efficiently implement IT initiatives Ensuring smooth IT processes, close coordination with other departments and continuous process optimization Budget and Cost Responsibility Planning, monitoring and control of the IT budget to ensure economic and sustainable resource use Overview and sovereign control in the IT environment with Microsoft 365, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Azure Fabric, IBM Planning Analytics, Spartacus CAFM and Enaio Continuous review of IT performance indicators and early recognition as well as management of IT risks Regular reporting to management and relevant stakeholders

Completed relevant IT degree or comparable qualification Professional IT leadership experience and IT large-scale project management experience Leadership and implementation strength with high quality standards Impressive communication strength and high empathy to all stakeholders, in particular customers and service providers Embossed entrepreneurial thinking, acting and deep understanding of the corporate cultural significance of IT
