PLC programmer (m/f/d)

For our location in Stockelsdorf near Lübeck we are looking for a PLC programmer (m/w/d) to strengthen our team at VisiConsult. In this position, you work on the development and optimization of PLC programs for our complex X-ray systems and puts automation solutions to the point technically – from conception to commissioning. In doing so, you are in use with our home as well as internationally with the customer and experience directly how your solutions work in practice.

Overview of your tasks: Planning, development and optimization of SPS programs (e.g. Siemens S7 / TIA Portal, Rockwell) Development and implementation of automation solutions for complex X-ray systems Integration and work with industrial networks (e.g. OPC-UA, Profinet, Profisafe) Implementation of commissioning in both the house and international customers on site Instruction and training of plant operators and support in production start-up Working on the continuous development of our automation concepts

Complete study in the field of automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable technical training with corresponding further training Finded professional experience in the corresponding field of activity Comprehensive knowledge of SPS programming with Siemens TIA portal First experiences with industrial bus systems of advantage (e.g. Profibus, Profinet) Understanding machine safety guidelines and functional safety Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Teamability and high operational capability Communication strength and safe occurrence in handling customers Quick conception and a strong sense of quality and responsibility Readiness to travel nationally and internationally German and very good English skills Class B driving licence
