Technical examination of construction measures, in particular with regard to planning, tendering, awarding, submissions, execution and settlement, in accordance with the relevant regulations and with respect to aspects of data protection and corruption Examination of architectural and engineering contracts Assessment of the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of structural measures including follow-up costs Examination of evidence of use related to structural measures Participation in annual audits in the field of construction assets, inventory and asset assessment Completion of audits in the above-mentioned field of examination including the development of audit concepts, implementation of local surveys, discussion of audit results, preparation of audit-proof documentation and audit reports Consultation on technical matters Recording, analysis and evaluation of operational processes, processes and projects in the technical fields Compilation of opinions and opinions
