Furnace fitter / production employee – ceramic sintering (m/w/d)

We are looking for a medium-sized company specializing in the development, production and further processing of high-performance ceramic components for a wide variety of application methods at the next possible time a production employee in the sintering department.

• hourly wage of 22,22€ / h (IG-metal stretched)

Your tasks:

• Construction of furnace towers and setting of aluminum oxide blanks for sintering
• Testing and preparation of ceramic parts for fire
• After sintering: degradation and transport of the components into the corresponding departments
• Quality control of components before and after sintering
• Maintenance work on the furnace wall and securing the correct structure
• Documentation and order bookings in the system

You're bringing:

• A completed training as a mason, stove setter or a comparable craft training
• Physical loadability and craftsmanship
• Reliability and responsibility
• Ready to incorporate into the specific requirements of the ceramic sintering
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing for communication in the team and documentation
