Construction Manager Technician - Plant Engineering / Building Services / HVAC (m/f/d)

Our core competencies are in technical building equipment as well as in industrial pipeline construction and service. As a complete provider in these business areas or as a technical general contractor for the entire domestic engineering, we offer services from planning, delivery and assembly to maintenance and repair.

We currently employ around 460 employees at ten locations and around 1000 employees within the business group. We train our technical and commercial specialists. You mount systems, piping systems, apparatus and containers on construction sites You ensure proper assembly according to the project manager You lead the staff at the construction site You organize and coordinate materials, subcontractors and other companies at the construction site You ensure occupational and health protection in accordance with risk assessment and requirements SiFa and SiGeKo You guide the construction site folder (building log, pipe book, documentation of additional services) according to requirements You create dimensions, isometries and reddish drawings You carry out pressure tests, commissioning, acceptances and defect tracking

You have completed vocational training as an investment mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable You have several years of proven professional experience in plant engineering, especially for heating, cold and steam systems You have experience in managing employees and assembly teams You have basic knowledge of VOB, which is desirable You are open to new means of communication at the construction site (PC, Tablet) You have a spatial imagination and work independently and reliably You are an organizational institution and have knowledge of the German language in word and writing You have pleasure in communication and team work You have at least one class B driving licence
