Location Greven Job Full time From now FIEGE Logistics is looking for you Teamlead (m/d) Business Process Analyst (Accounting & Payroll)

You take over the technical control and coordination of an interdisciplinary team from business architects (w/m/d) and specialist experts (w/m/d). Together with your team, you are driving Europe-wide harmonisation, standardization and digitization of the central financial processes in Accounting & Payroll. You develop best practices together with your team and set up a central process management model for accounting and payroll. You actively shape solutions within the framework of SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors rollouts and take over the end-to-end responsibility for defined transformation projects. You ensure that strategic target images and process documentation are created in close coordination with the departments. You actively use tools such as Celonis and Process Mining to control, analyze and develop the process landscape. You prioritise optimization initiatives, control implementation and ensure the quality of master data, IT interfaces and KPIs. You moderate project workshops, regularly tune with internal and external partners (w/m/d) and ensure smooth processes in the transformation process. You conduct central projects, such as the introduction of e-invoicing or automated audit processes – from concept to implementation.

You have a degree with a focus on business management, business informatics, economic engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in process management – ideally in the shared service environment with a focus on accounting and payroll. You have knowledge in SAP, Celonis or relevant payroll and reporting systems. You work analytically, have project management expertise and have experience in change management. Ideally, you bring leadership experience and understand how to motivate and develop interdisciplinary teams. You communicate in very good German and good English. You work hybrid at our site in Greven – with the flexibility to combine office and home office days.
