Telephone/written advice and support of our customers and our offices worldwide Order processing of serial orders as well as project orders including audit and accounting Creation of order confirmations with delivery date clarification and confirmation via customer portals Export processing for third countries Creating customer complaints and repairs Supporting our international customer base

Completed training as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade or comparable Multiannual experience in the international export business of a manufacturing industrial company desirable Knowledge of international customs and import regulations Very good MS Office knowledge and experience in handling CRM systems Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA are beneficial Teamability, problem-solving ability and rapid understanding Embossed customer, service and sales orientation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
