Team Leader Customer Service (m/f/d)

You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of one of our customer service teams and ensure an environment where performance, trust and cooperation go hand in hand. You control deployment planning, resources and recruiting for your team and ensure that agreed service and quality objectives are consistently adhered to. Through regular individual talks, team meetings and feedback formats, you develop your employees in a targeted manner and strengthen the team spirit. You work closely with adjacent disciplines, make process weaknesses visible and actively advance improvements and automation. You always focus on customer perspective and make sure that performance and customer satisfaction grow together.

You have completed a training or a study in the commercial sector and brings several years of professional experience in customer service or customer support – ideally in a fast-paced, digital multichannel environment. You bring multi-year experience as a leadership, have successfully led teams, motivated, accompanied by changes and know how to design performance, quality and a strong team structure. You live a value-adding, empathic leadership style, consistently focus on the customer and inspire your team to take advantage of opportunities, grow together and create excellent service experiences. You use numbers and key figures to understand processes, identify potentials and optimally support your team. You also know yourself with multichannel ACD systems as well as order management systems and you are confident to make processes efficient.
