The Schön Klinik Rendsburg is a central focus provider in Schleswig-Holstein and since 2023 part of the Schön Klinik Group operating throughout Germany. Over 1,800 employees provide approximately 80,000 patients each year in 22 specialist centres and three day clinics. The focus is on neurology, neurosurgery, child and youth medicine, vascular and thorax surgery as well as psychiatry. The clinic is a teaching hospital at the University of Kiel and operates its own educational centre with around 200 apprentices. The main focus of the electoral power station (24 beds) is the interdisciplinary treatment of all diseases from general surgery, thorax, vascular and accident surgery, urology, gynecology, neurology neurosurgery and internal medicine. Individual care: You ensure a qualified and individual care, perform it and monitor the entire care process. High-quality documentation: You carefully document all the care measures carried out and thus contribute to the complete traceability of the care services. Monitoring of quality assurance measures: You participate in the implementation and evaluation of quality assurance measures and actively support the further development of care quality. Promoting further education: You promote and contribute to practical training and have the opportunity to participate in station-internal projects.

You have completed training as health care and nursing staff:in, nurse/career or nurse. You have a cross-industrial understanding of the organisation and a sense of responsibility. You are a dedicated and team-capable personality that radiates professionalism, empathy and humanity.
