The department „Klinikgruppe DRV-Bund“ controls 21 own rehabilitation centers with 27 rehabilitation clinics. The goal is to set strategic impulses, to set standards and to increase process efficiency in the interaction between clinics, management and the department itself.

In this function you take on central technical and coordinating tasks in the field of information security and advise and support the clinic lines, the main administration and the department management. This includes: Developing, tuning and implementing an IT security strategy for the Reha Clinical Group in the context of legal, technical and organisational effects of current developments in digitalisation Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory requirements (IT Security Act, BSI Standards) as well as continuous further development of IT security in the Reha Clinical Group Building and maintaining a knowledge management system for the Reha Clinical Group in relation to IT security regulations Introduction and coordination of information security processes in projects and projects (ISIP) Design and coordinate an IT security management system including appropriate control and control mechanisms Coordination, technical assistance and evaluation of reporting, testing and complaints The activity is linked to regular missions.

You have a completed university education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in the IT sector or an equivalent qualification (e.g. specialist) with IT qualification You have at least three years of professional experience in the field of IT security, ideally in a clinic group or in the healthcare sector In addition, you have a two-year professional experience in consulting on the creation, maintenance and implementation of security concepts according to BSI-IT basic protection or in evaluating information security as well as initiating and controlling security measures for IT procedures or IT-supported business processes You bring proven sound knowledge in IT service management, BSI IT basic protection with and in industry-specific standards (B3S health and DIN EN IEC 80001-1) Analytical thinking, communication strength as well as coordination ability and a pronounced security awareness complete your profile
