Employees (m/w/d) for reception and visitor management

Your main tasks

• Visitor reception and hosting
• Internal and external communication
• Training and Travel Management
• Exit audit and cash register accounting
• Travel cost accounting
• Assistance and project activities

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in reception, visitor management or hotel industry desirable
• Customer-oriented and structured thinking as well as a quick understanding and willingness to work into new tasks
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Dynamics of advantage
• Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as communication-proof English
