For the location in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel we are looking for you as AOG Management Customer Resolution Specialist (m/w/d) in full time.

THERE HAVES:

• Ensuring the time and quality of all customer orders and deliveries
• Creation and transmission of demand forecasts (e.g. demand plans, forecast analyses)
• Responsibility for the entire order processing and the execution of the demand ordering (including spare parts, missing parts, parts of production, hardware, devices)
• Implementation of order processing
• Proactive communication with customers via order progress
• Daily monitoring of the supply chain and close cooperation with suppliers and internal interfaces
• Analysis of delivery delays and implementation of action plans to restore delivery capacity (recovery plans)

THE BRINGS WITH:

• Complete Bachelor Program e.g. Economics or Supply Chain/ Logistics Management
• At least 2 years of professional experience in material procurement and supplier management
• Good handling of SAP and MS Office
• German and English skills
• ready for 3-layer (24/7) incl. Weekend and holiday work and readiness to call
