For a modern metalworking company at the Spremberg site, we are looking for motivated production staff (m/w/d) as part of the employee transfer. They work on modern production facilities and support the production of high-quality products for the construction industry.

♪ Your future task:

• Operation and monitoring of production plants for the production of components
• setting and control of process and machine parameters after appropriate incorporation
• Monitoring of production processes and ensuring product quality
• Implementation of small maintenance and cleaning work on the plants
• Documentation of production and quality data
• Support for general production activities

Your profile for the location of production staff (m/w/d)

• Complete craft or technical vocational training of advantage
• First experience in production or machine operation desirable
• Willingness to work in the shift system including weekend work
• Self-employed and careful working
• Quality awareness and technical understanding
• Teamability, flexibility and reliability
• forklifts of advantage, but no condition
• Basic knowledge of computer systems desirable
