The State Building Office Amberg-Sulzbach plans and implements modern and sustainable road and construction projects in the interest of a contemporary infrastructure. Construction measures for the Free State of Bavaria as well as civil and military construction projects of the Federal Government and the host forces at the Grafenwöhr military practice site are being implemented in the building. In road and bridge construction it implements construction measures of the Free State of Bavaria, the federal state and the district of Neustadt a. d. Waldnaab. The Ministry of State for Housing, Construction and Transport is looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Legal expertise in the team with other legal experts and specialist management Consultation and legal support of the various modifications to any legal requirements of the Construction Office, in particular in the field of civil engineering (e.g. in the private building and architectural contract law and contract law) Material handling and spring guidance in case of statutory audit and award chamber procedures Tracking and defending claims for damages (e.g. as part of road accident damage or violation of road safety obligations) In the case of judicial disputes in cooperation with external legal attorneys' offices

Second legal state examination with a total audit score of at least 7.0 points. (In the case of graduates [m/w/d] who have completed the Second Legal State Examination in another federal state, a note conversion takes place; In this case, only the weighting of the written and oral examination services is replicated in accordance with the Bavarian regulations.)
