Guide and coordinate IT employees and any IT activities for the ContiTech locations Hannover Vahrenwald, Hannover Langenhagen EDC and Hannover Headquarter Translating the IT strategy into concrete action plans and ensuring implementation and contributing to the strategic and operational planning of the sites in accordance with the regional and group-wide IT Creating and managing the budget of IT cost centers and ensuring the timely transmission of financial data to the controlling Taxing, planning and implementing IT projects, including IT security, development and implementation of IT infrastructure Advising and supporting the specialist departments in solving existing IT systems and introducing new applications Operation of local data centers and ensuring OT requirements for production sites Ensure IT security and maintenance of all IT devices and review of external providers in terms of contractual service levels Initiating and controlling the continuous qualification and training of employees in IT topics Monitoring and reporting: Ensuring IT (KPI) monitoring and reporting and initiation of measures to improve IT performance Ensure local implementation of group-wide IT standards and providing feedback on the further development of IT processes

Academic degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable technical discipline Multiannual professional experience in various IT functions First management experience in operational units with responsibility for teams Confidence with IT service management (ITSM) concepts and processes Strong communication skills to effectively convey IT concepts to management Proven experience in implementing IT projects Experiences in cross-functional areas such as engineering, supply chain, quality or related areas are advantageous Very good English skills in word and writing The applications of disabled people are welcome.
