You will create offers for technically and commercially clearly defined component requests – precise, efficient and customer-oriented. The entire order processing is in your hands: from order acquisition and verification to system-side input, you will ensure a smooth process. With delivery dates and residues you always keep an overview – you clarify dates, trace residues and communicate proactively with customers. You take care of the clarification item management and process credits reliably and on time. The processing of complaints (e.g. specialist deliveries, returns) as well as topics such as credit management and open claims are addressed in a solution-oriented manner and with the aim of maximum customer satisfaction.

Education: completed commercial training or completed studies in the field of BWL or the like.
