Conception, configuration and further development of the Ecosystem of Technical Information including the integration and provision of data sources, systems and interfaces in the Customer Service Development and support of tools in the context of technical information (e.g. diagnostic applications, editorial systems and database systems) Designing requirements, governance and knowledge management for the processing and provision of technical information Ensuring system and information quality through validation and further development of test processes Planning, implementation and monitoring of data distributions, releases and system changes Analysis, coordination and processing of error messages and control of solution finding with relevant stakeholders
