Technical Consultant Client Delivery (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Interface between customer, product, project management and the technology areas in client(-migrations) projects
• Creating and controlling changes and work packages
• Implementation and control of escalations
• Editing and controlling tickets/incidents
• Project implementation of larger migration projects
• Automation and standardization of workflows

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete study of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in IT project management or a similar field
• Knowledge of IT systems and technologies
• Experience in client migration
• Excellent German knowledge (min. C1) in word and writing
