You treat our patients independently and professionally:inside, including treatment planning and work with accompanying services You lead and coordinate the multi-professional team of medical and therapeutic staff You actively participate in the conceptual development of our newly founded family clinic You participate in the medical readiness service

You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy and/or psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy. You already bring clinical professional experience, ideally also first leadership experience as a senior physician or in a comparable position. Their therapeutic competence in diagnostics, intervention and treatment planning is well-founded and practical. As an empathic leader, you encourage your team to appreciate and promote interdisciplinary cooperation. You convince by a structured, responsible way of working and enjoy actively shaping the new family clinic. For professional communication with patients: both inside and in the team you master the German language fluent (C1 level).

An unlimited working relationship with an attractive remuneration of up to 140,000 euros per year.
