Leadership and further development of the AR/AP team Ensuring smooth debitor and creditor processes in the national and international environment Operational cooperation in accounting and payment and reminding Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Identification and development of AI-based and innovative solutions to increase efficiency Conduct and support of transformation, digitization and optimization projects Promoting a continuous improvement and innovation culture in the team

You have a completed commercial training or a successfully completed study with a focus on finance / accounting Multiannual professional experience in debitor and creditor accounting, ideally in an international environment First or relevant experience in professional and disciplinary leadership Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Impressed communication and team skills and a high level of responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High service orientation and the ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations
