Development of construction projects in road and civil engineering Organization and planning of the construction process Coordination of your own construction site teams and the subcontractors Accounting of construction measures Creation and maintenance of work calculations and project controlling Regular construction sites and documentation Conducting follow-up negotiations in consultation with the technical field management

Degree in Civil Engineering (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) or comparable qualification Appropriate professional experience in a comparable position Process with MS Office applications and ideally industry-specific software Knowledge of the building contract law and the VOB Entrepreneurial R & D and acting as well as an independent, committed and independent working Enforcement and negotiation skills complete your profile
