You can do this with us:

• Operation, monitoring and maintenance of technical building systems in the areas of refrigeration, ventilation and air conditioning
• Disruption-related repair and independent implementation of small repairs
• Cross-working support and maintenance of supply systems
• Run and maintain fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports
• Support for continuous optimization of plant operation

We wish you:

• Complete vocational training in the field of refrigeration, air conditioning or ventilation technology or as gas and water heater
• First practical experience in technical building management / facility management
• Basic knowledge of adjacent structures of advantage
• Customer-oriented thinking, careful working and team skills
• Class B licence is desirable
