Project Assistant in the Semiconductor Industry, Dresden – temporary (m/f/d)

You take over the timely coordination of organizational processes at the location of our customer, such as visitor registration, process management access IDs, space and IT accesses for contractors and service providers You take part in presentations. You manage the project documentation in a cloud. You support the processing of email correspondence. You will be involved in the planning and execution of events and events at the site. You can focus on other general location tasks such as appointment coordination, space bookings and support meetings and visitor events.

You are looking for a temporary but versatile job with exciting insights into construction projects of the semiconductor industry in Dresden, with the prospect of extension. Ideally, you have already worked in construction or in the real estate industry. You are safe in handling the applications of the MS Office package. You bring strong communication and team skills. You work independently and targeted. Your knowledge of German is safe. Very good English skills (at least B2 level).
