Compulsory internship/thesis in the field of AI: Innovative image reconstruction for maritime applications (m/f/d)

Development and implementation of an algorithm for the reconstruction of images cut apart taking into account existing object detections. Analysis and processing of image data with existing detection results (Bounding Boxes, Class Labels). Development of a validation algorithm, taking into account conflicts and uncertainties (e.g. multiple detections, different classifications). These tasks are documented as part of your final work.

You can apply a technical study with computer science shares. For example, computer science, mathematics, AI/data science, physics or comparable. You master at least one object-oriented programming language (preferably Python). You can work yourself into new topics.
