As an assistant, you work hand in hand with our hospital director Dr. Quaschner in an absolute position of trust and perform independent operational tasks You will review, analyze and evaluate information and topics from a wide range of areas of the Siloah Evangelical Diakonissenverein and develop policy bases You support the management in the planning, prioritization and follow-up of strategic projects and take on the progress and quality monitoring You undertake associated administrative tasks, e.g. pre- and post-processing of meetings, reporting to the management, creation of presentations and business correspondence You work independently on projects

You have successfully completed an economic or health economic study Professional experience in healthcare, in a strategic office, advice or comparable positions are advantageous Knowledge in hospital law, DRG system, budgeting, MDK etc are helpful The ability to work independently and set priorities belongs to your profile as well as the sovereign appearance and a very good oral and written expression Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
