My tasks: Design, standardization and further development of storage, backup and data protection platforms Development of target architectures, technology roadmaps and security and compliance standards Planning and implementation of migration, consolidation and lifecycle measures Assessment of new technologies and consulting internal teams on storage and backup solutions Development of GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code and Automation Solutions for Infrastructure Operations Based on Ansible, Python, PowerShell, REST-APIs Automation of commissioning, backup, restore, replication and compliance processes Ensuring high availability, scalability, disaster recovery and business continuity including RPO/RTO concepts Optimizing performance, capacities and definition and implementation of backup, recovery and recovery concepts Support for critical incidents and complex bug analyses in 3rd level support Working with the Standby Service (24/7)

Completed studies or vocational training in the field of computer science or comparable discipline Multiannual experience in the design, operation and development of enterprise storage and backup infrastructures Found knowledge of NetApp ONTAP as well as enterprise storage technologies and high availability solutions (MetroCluster, HA, NearStore, Snapshot, SnapMirror, Replication + SAN/NAS, Fibre Channel, NFS, SMB, iSCSI) Comprehensive expertise in backup, recovery, data protection, business continuity and disaster recovery Deep understanding of modern DevOps, GitOps and Infrastructure as code concepts as well as experience with Ansible, Python, PowerShell and REST APIs Good knowledge of relevant security, compliance and governance requirements Self-employed and proactive Languages: German (C1), English (min.
