In this key position, you are responsible for the management and coordination of a team of professionals responsible for the assembly of our state-of-the-art semiconductor systems. Leadership and organisation: Planning, organisation and disciplinary leadership of the subordinate area Construction and commissioning: Responsibility for the time- and quality-oriented construction of machines, plants, modules and service orders Personnel development: planning of personnel development measures, implementing staff assessments and instructing new employees and trainees Process optimization: Continuous optimization of production costs, throughput times, productivity and quality as well as cooperation in the further development of the quality assurance system according to DIN ISO 9001 Security and order: Responsibility for order and cleanliness at assembly sites, compliance with hygiene, safety and environmental regulations Coordination and support: cooperation with interfaces for the timely completion of the work orders and, if necessary, active support during assembly.

Qualification: Complete training as technician or master Professional experience: Multiannual experience in the production environment, ideally sound management responsibility, ideally in the production sector Professional experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in microelectronics and microsystems engineering Process optimisation: Experience in the design, optimization and documentation of work systems and work processes Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
