Work on strategic projects: Candidate Experience, Time-to-Hire, Onboarding, Social Media Schaffe Structure in Application Management: Enter applications, Make pre-selection Actively support the student recruiting process: lead briefing talks, make decisions in the candidate selection, participate in interviews Be in the Active Sourcing Process Create exciting reports and analyze recruiting KPIs Support the vote with Jobbörse and headhuntern Take administrative tasks: Auditing, developing tools and processes

You study economics or social sciences or a comparable degree course with a focus on staff Very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel Good knowledge of German and English Communication strong, open and organized Quick understanding, independent and responsible
