In the BusinessCenter at Raschplatz, we provide business customers with annual sales of up to 500,000 euros and rely on efficient, location-independent consulting solutions and modern communication tools to actively shape the future of business customer support. To this end, we are looking for dedicated reinforcements, which help shape our sales and support offerings with bank-based training, interest in corporate customer business and pleasure in media customer contact, pursues sales goals and makes independent decisions – and we support your further development, for example by qualifying as a bank specialist (m/w/d) with a focus on corporate customer business. Your job – how to shape our future: Advice & Sales: You advise your customers in a dedicated and comprehensive manner on service and liquidity issues, on securing operational risks and on investment. Digitally on the move: The majority of your consultations are available via video and telephone. With the help of Screensharing, you provide transparency and personal care. High consulting quality: With your competence you convince new customers of our offer and continue to expand existing relationships. Own-responsible decisions: Credit decisions make up to a total volume of €200,000. Good cooperation: In special topics, you work with our specialist consultants. Efficient processes: Complete processes help you to perform your tasks in a structured and efficient manner. Your profile – so you can introduce yourself: Qualification & Experience: You have successfully completed a bank-based training and have gained at least first practical experience in consulting customers. Sales competency & customer retention: Sales are yours, and your motivation is proof of your daily customer contact. With your safe appearance and a binding way, you gain the confidence of your interlocutors. Communication skills & working style: you communicate clearly and appreciated, create a pleasant conversation atmosphere and convince with your arguments.
