Senior Project Manager with Construction Management Expertise (m/f/d)

Design one of Europe's most exciting urban districts with us. We are an established and high-growth real estate group based in Munich. With our innovative urban development project, we create sustainable living and working environments and realize one of Europe's largest timber construction quarters. Following the successful completion of the first construction segment – one of the most energy-efficient office wood buildings in Germany (www.M-Plaza.de), the next development phases are already in the starting holes. For the implementation of further demanding construction projects, we are looking for an experienced project manager (m/w/d) with building management expertise, which supports our projects with expertise, commitment and team spirit.

As Senior Project Manager (m/w/d), you accompany challenging building and development projects over all phases of the project and work closely with internal and external project participants. In particular, the following tasks are your responsibility: Independent support of construction and development projects in close coordination with the project management Participation in ensuring cost, timing and quality objectives Coordination and coordination with architects, specialist planners, authorities, general contractors and other project participants Support for tendering, awarding and controlling works Participation in contract and follow-up management Creation of project reports and support of project controlling Ensuring compliance with legal, technical and qualitative requirements Active cooperation in optimizing processes and project processes

You bring experience in project management of construction projects and work structured, independent and solution-oriented. At the same time, you value cooperation in interdisciplinary teams. In addition, you have: A completed study in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering (construction) or a comparable qualification Good knowledge of HOAI, VOB and basic knowledge of private and public building law Multiannual professional experience in project management, project management or construction management of construction projects Ideally experience in industrial or residential construction Secure handling of MS Office as well as ideal knowledge in MS Project and AVA software Communication strength and a structured and independent way of working Joy in cooperation with different project participants
