In order to strengthen our team in the Award Examination Unit, we are looking for an experienced legal expert*in to ensure the legally secure processing of opinions and counter-disciplinary procedures.

If you are happy to deal with the complex and fast-paced national and European procurement law and have already gained extensive professional experience in the legal processing of procurement topics, you are right with us! The place is to be occupied in parttime with 27 hours/week. You take over the legal processing of counter-subsidiary procedures to ensure compliance with national and European legal standards in the award of contracts under grant procedures. You analyze complex legal issues, develop strategic solutions and advise the various administrative authorities on the legal consequences and possibilities of action. You will also draw up precise and legally sound opinions within the framework of consultation and opposition procedures. You form and document views that take into account the current legal requirements as well as the practical implications for the award examination and exchange views with the relevant departments, administrative authorities, grant recipients and their legal representatives. You are responsible for the consistent monitoring of the audit findings, and you are also continuously pursuing legislative changes and the current jurisdiction in the procurement law. You provide legal assistance on key issues of the award examination and regularly inform the team of relevant developments.
