Product Owner - Cloud Accounting - Hybrid (m/f/d)

As a problem solver:in you make sure that our customers can reproduce their business in financial and asset accounting in a usual simple and automated way. To do this, you will recognize potential improvements and jobs-to-be-done that have not yet been shown in continuous exchange with the target group and translate them into targeted and user-friendly solutions

You already validate new ideas before the actual development, plan and control the rollout, analyze feedback and arrange a user-oriented monitoring communication across all touchpoints together with our marketing specialists.

Together with the cross-functional team, you have a close look at the “4 Big Risks” of product development (Value Risk, Usability Risk, Feasibility Risk, Business Viability Risk). You prioritize and balance the backlog in close cooperation with the team so that you get closer to the product vision as quickly as possible

You work with the other Product Owners: inside and teams of the area, to ensure that the overall experience is consistent across domain and team boundaries in the sense of an end-to-end user journey and fits our strategy

You bring at least 3 years of experience in Lean Product Management, especially for online and SaaS solutions. You live Continuous Product Discovery and understand how important customer understanding is to create outstanding product experiences with measurable outcomes

You bring an economics studies and multiannual practical experience in financial accounting and can discuss with our target group at eye level. You know how to book and write off from everyday life and translate it into specific, user-centric product solutions

With a strong Discovery Mintset, you can keep track of portfolio and vision and meet decisions based on data, user interviews and rapid prototyping. AI tools are targeted to get more insights and increase your productivity

You have very good German knowledge (at least C2 level) for direct interaction with our customers. And also in the interdisciplinary team context you communicate excellently and translate between different disciplines and altitudes. Basic technical knowledge is advantageous for this

As Federation Facilitator and Scrum Master, Sebastian supports the team, the individual members and the entire organization for ever better cooperation. In his spare time, he is usually found at sports, where he enthuses himself from cycling to table tennis for almost any sport.

Lisa has a heart for user research and good design. As a user experience designer, she ensures that the requirements are screen designs that provide customers with added value. In her spare time she likes to do sports or crafts creative.
