Manager Voicebot / Chatbot Developer (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the further development of the entire chat and voicebot of our company You control cooperation with our external AI partners and internal stakeholders You enter our voicebot operatively and build a new chatbot based on existing technology Together with our UX experts, you regularly analyze, test and optimize the “customer dialogues” under service-excellence inspections and with your action support a targeted flow of conversations of the customer dialogues You use customer feedback, A/B tests, transcript analyses and a KPI tracking to define new use cases and application scenarios and accompany their implementation operationally. Through a targeted internal and external communication, you encourage the high acceptance of our bots at customers:inside The regular reporting and controlling of the defined KPI ́s belongs to your daily business

You have completed your studies of (economic) informatics or a similar technical course Alternatively, you have a completed training and several years of professional experience in the care of chat and voicebots Ideally, you have first professional experience and a good understanding of artificial intelligence It would be optimal if you had experience in the project work You ideally have programming skills (JavaScript, Python) and have already made first experiences with residual APIs, webhooks and database connections You bring a high degree of self-motivation, target orientation and customer understanding Your very good communication skills complete your profile
