You have a deep understanding of numbers and project management? As Projekt-Controller ERP & Projektmanagement (w/m/d) central role in managing and optimizing our projects. You work closely with the project team and is responsible for transparency, Efficiency and quality in implementation. You can activate structures rethink processes and bring your ideas in from the beginning. Mobile work (Home Office) allows you to to be active throughout Germany from everywhere.

Controlling: You regularly monitor the target-actual status of our Project Consultants, Project Managers:inside and out of Finance. You keep tasks and Milestones in Asana with a view, check open points, schedule and the maintenance of the project structure. Time management: You analyze whether projects are on schedule and can be completed in time for the planned production start. Reporting: You support the development of KPIs and the construction a structured reporting. In doing so, you analyze the ing hours distribution, removing measures and providing the basis for a meaningful project report.

• Interface: You work closely with the Head of Project Implementation, project managers, finance and knowledge management together to ensure smooth communication and To ensure information sharing. Sparringspartner:in: You are professional:r Contact:in for Topics concerning the management of projects and actively participate in your knowledge Team to grow together. Optimation*: You develop proactive proposals Improving efficiency and bringing new impulses to the further development of our Project processes.

-What we want:-

Multiannual experience in project management: You bring at least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in ERP environment and have a good sense of project structures and processes. Friendly controlling know-how: You have experience in project controlling and know you with the analysis of project key figures, Budget monitoring and management. Reporting Competence: You have experience in building and in the Further development of reporting systems. Knowledge in Excel and Power BI bring you to prepare data structured and visually to be presented. Nice to have: Ideally you already have insights into the processes the housing industry. If you don't, you'll bring the willingness in these topics and a deep understanding of develop industry-specific processes. Analytical and Structured Thinking: You recognize relationships, thinks solution-oriented and works like data-based.
