Customer Consultant (w/m/d)

in full or part-time for 2 years.

Projects:

o the employment and counselling of the eligible beneficiaries, i.e. in particular:

o Preparing, carrying out and preparing customer talks for case-taking and profiling

o Determination of the customer category and development of an individual integration strategy

o Control of customer integration efforts

o Selection of appropriate measures and instruments for integration

o Completion of cooperation plans

o Implementation of job search and submission of job offers

o Decision on performance reductions

o Pre-examination of contradictions and opinion on customer reaction management

Provisions:

· a completed training for the administrative specialist or the successful completion of the course of work I; alternatively, higher-quality qualifications (Bachelor, Diploma) can be recognized

· good language skills in English and/or Ukrainian, Arabic are desirable but not condition

· Knowledge of the regional labour and training market

· Knowledge of the relevant legal bases in SGB II and SGB III

· Knowledge of other social legislation and related legal areas

· Administrative procedure law

· Communication strength and organisational skills

· a high level of reliability, readiness to use, flexibility and team capability

· very good PC knowledge

oral and written knowledge of the German language, at least at level C1 of the common European reference framework.
