Location development North: They continue to operate and develop strategically the MVZ sites in the Cluster Nord (Hamburg/Schleswig-Holstein), with regular presence on site on 2–3 days a week. Strategic support: They support the medical management and location management in organisational and administrative tasks and support projects for process and supply optimization. Economic control: They analyse economic indicators, derive measures and implement them independently. Interdisciplinary cooperation: They work closely with central departments such as personnel, controlling and quality management. Examination Management: You prepare audits, certifications and regulatory audits and accompany them professionally.

You have a degree in the field of health economics, business management, healthcare management or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring professional experience in the outpatient sector or in the clinic/MVZ environment. They are ready to travel regularly within the North Cluster. You have experience in handling MS Office as well as practical software systems. Communication strength, enforcement capability, a solution-oriented mode of operation as well as organizational skills and a high self-initiative are the key features.
