Participation in the design, development and modernisation of VoIP-based telephony and communication solutions in the state administration Control and technical assistance of the large-scale project “Modernization of Telephony in the State Administration”, in particular with regard to architecture, operation and migration Development of technical concepts, including VoIP architectures, network infrastructures, safety and operational models Assessment of new technologies and solutions in the field of IP telephony, unified communications and networks Technical coordination with internal IT service providers, external service providers and manufacturers Acquisition of coordinating and controlling tasks and subproject management within complex, multi-disciplinary projects Compilation of analyses, reports and decision-making templates for unit, department and house management Perception of the interface function between the specialist department, other units, departments and external stakeholders

You have a university degree at a university or an accredited master's degree from another university (qualification for the higher service) e.g. the field of computer science, business informatics or management or another suitable course of study You can also apply if you have equivalent skills and experience due to your vocational training (e.g. as a computer scientist) or due to your professional qualification and perennial activities. You have profound knowledge and experience in VoIP and UC technologies and environments as well as in network technology You bring experience in project management and have very good knowledge of German The basic IT protection according to BSI is familiar to you You are characterized by communication strength, negotiation skills, resilience and analytical thinking You have the ability to identify, analyze and understand complex relationships
