Your tasks – we will inspire you You are responsible for supporting and consulting the departments and sales units in process optimization, essential process changes, projects and measures. You develop, on the basis of our business strategy, concepts for the further development of the Sparkasse and support in the implementation. You are responsible for building and developing process management methods and process standards as well as for the consistent implementation of the process map according to current strategic requirements. You actively support the process-driven areas by providing and supporting a process management software, training and consulting in general process questions, monitoring in compliance with regulatory requirements; prioritization and coordination of processes for separate monitoring by process management and to increase process quality; Transparency as part of the written order.
