The professional training centre (BTZ) Kaiserslautern is a special institution for the professional rehabilitation of people with a mental illness. For 3 years, we have been supporting the development of professional perspectives with the aim of (re)integration into the labour market or in advance into training or retraining. We work closely with clinics, specialist doctors, psychotherapists, social psychiatric services, self-help and family groups as well as with partners from the economy. Design and implementation of practical training opportunities in the field of Hauswirtschaft Individual guidance, promotion and qualification of participants with different support needs Professional and professional content Competence assessment, professional perspective development and promotion of key qualifications Participation in the creation, implementation and updating of individual funding and qualification plans Support, acquisition, preparation, accompaniment and follow-up of operational trials Consistent execution of participants to take up work or training Documentation activities Support of the canteen and kitchen area as well as associated organizational tasks, e.g. goods ordering, menu planning, food preparation

Completed vocational training in the field of households AEVO trainer Ideally rehabilitation pedagogical additional qualification (ReZA) or the willingness to acquire it Multiannual professional experience in the field of households and experience in the guidance, training or qualification of people Ideally experience in professional rehabilitation and/or working with people with mental impairments Ability to understand practical workflows and to accompany individual learning processes Embossed communication, organization and team skills Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Safe handling of current MS Office applications
