completed university studies, preferably in journalism, journalism, media science, communication science or comparable disciplines ideally a completed volunteer multiannual relevant professional experience in the production of journalistic content for on demand and social media, ideally also in the production of news and background reports high affinity for social media as well as a strong knowledge of their functioning well-founded experience in the development and implementation of new formats or the further development of existing formats deep knowledge of the MENA region and understanding of the needs for reporting to this region Ability to prepare complex content in a comprehensible and targeted manner pronounced analytical, conceptual and strategic skills Innovation joy in the digital transformation of editors Team Inspired with value-adding communication style, high competence in intercultural communication and joy in work in in interdisciplinary and diverse teams high level of initiative, commitment and creativity native language level in High Arabic (C2) and very good German and/or English skills (min. level B2)
