Scrum Master | Agile Coach (m/f/d)

As a Scrum Master, you can independently accompany one or more IT teams in a service-oriented environment and help them improve their cooperation sustainably. The moderation and support of all relevant Scrum events are part of your responsibility and you make sure You bring real added value to the team. You help the teams take responsibility for their work and results by using key figures, making progress visible, pushing targeted improvements and promoting their continuous development. You recognize obstacles in cooperation - also beyond team boundaries - and actively contribute to clarifying and eliminating them. You work closely with Product Owners and Stakeholders and strengthen a clear, customer-oriented way of working. In your role as a professional leadership within the Scrum Master team, you take over the team-wide vote and promote cooperation across several teams. Together with the disciplinary leadership, you continuously develop the overall setup and the use of the Scrum Master and support the strategic development of the organization. You can safely move in English-speaking working environments and also work in international teams.

You have several years of experience as Scrum Master in the IT environment and have accompanied and managed teams professionally over a longer period of time. In addition, you bring a relevant scrum or Agile certification. With your coaching and moderation capabilities, you can effectively support teams and stakeholders in agile working day and use agile methods in a situation-oriented and pragmatic manner. You bring knowledge of change work with which you accompany transformation and maturity processes and actively promote continuous improvement at process and cooperation levels. Experience in the development of teams and the accompaniment of challenging situations characterizes you. Also in complex environments, you keep an overview and recognize relationships beyond individual teams. In exchange with stakeholders, you move safely and manage to combine different interests at interfaces to other areas. You communicate well in German and English, moderately safe and implement constructively with different perspectives.
