In this position, our project team will help you to organize and manage administrative tasks. The job is to be filled in part-time (min. 25 hours/week) or full-time: Responsible coordination of appointments, meetings, events and internal and external correspondence Classification of industrial personnel to prepare wage billing Organization and booking of accommodation for our employees on assembly Management of workwear and document management, including training certificates and project documentation Support of the project team in administrative tasks and office management

Completed commercial training Professional experience in assistance or in a commercial activity, ideally with experience in project work Self-employed, structured and committed work and professional secrecy Representative social competence and team capacity Good MS Office knowledge and interest in technical contexts Very good German knowledge in word and writing, additional Czech knowledge is advantageous
