Site Manager Clinic (m/f/d)

Responsibility for hospital operation: You control the clinic's day-to-day business and ensure efficient scheduling, optimal utilisation of treatment rooms, smooth patient procedures and the highest quality of service in all areas. Leadership & Team Development: You lead, motivate and develop our team of reception staff, medical specialists and treatment specialists. You create a culture of self-responsibility, cooperation and continuous further development. Excellent patient experience: You make sure that every patient experiences personal and high-quality care from first contact to aftercare and continuously identifies possibilities for improving the service experience. Process & Quality Management: You implement and optimize operating processes, standards and SOPs and ensure consistent compliance throughout the clinic. Budget Responsibility & Performance Management: You are responsible for the location's budget planning and cost control. In doing so, you regularly analyze operational and financial key figures, identify deviations early and initiate appropriate measures to achieve the agreed performance and economic objectives. Resources & Infrastructure Management: You are responsible for inventory, material supply, equipment availability and cooperation with external service providers and secure trouble-free clinic operation. Interface management: You work closely with doctors, medical staff and management and ensure effective coordination of all relevant topics, objectives and quality standards.

Leadership experience: At least 3 years of experience in the management of operational teams in a dynamic environment, such as healthcare, hotel industry, premium retail, wellness or service. Operational excellence: You also keep an overview in challenging situations, set priorities effectively and ensure highest quality and service standards at all times. Strong leadership competence: You'll be able to motivate teams, develop them and empower them to deliver top performance while promoting a positive and value-adding team culture. Hands-on Mentality & problem-solving competence: You recognize challenges early, meet informed decisions and take responsibility for the implementation of sustainable solutions. Communication Strength & Stakeholder Management: You communicate confidently at all levels and work successfully with medical and non-medical stakeholders. Language & Digital Competence: You have knowledge of German and very good English skills and are sure to move in digital tools, planning and management systems.
